Stand with your arms at your sides. Slide the right arm down the right leg as your spine bends to the right.
Breathe throughout the exercise.
Hold and repeat as advised by your physical therapist at RPM Physical Therapy & High Velocity Sports Performance.
You should feel a stretch on the left side of your torso.
Be sure not to swing the hips out to the left as your bend.
