Physical therapy in Tampa Wesley Chapel for Hip

Lay on your left side, with your hips and knees bent to approximately 45°.

Keep your ankles together.  Open your right knee 4-6 inches and lower with control.

Be sure not to let your hips rock backward.

Repeat as advised by your RPM Physical Therapy & High Velocity Sports Performance physical therapist.
