The RPM tennis training program is designed to condition the body for optimum performance. We begin with a functional movement evaluation and swing motion analysis. Using the evaluation results, a customized workout program is created to improve your balance, flexibility, mobility, stability, core strength, overall strength, speed, and muscular endurance.
The Tennis Performance Program includes:
- Fitness Assessment
- Detailed Report of Findings with your personal Tennis Fitness Eval
- Customized workouts for you to do 3-6 times a week for 6 weeks
- Re-assessment after 6 weeks
Tennis Strength & Conditioning Program:
- After completing the Foundations Program you are eligible to begin the Tennis Strength & Conditioning program
- Your program will include 6 weeks of customized strength workouts
- Re-assessment after 6 weeks
