Learn how to strike the ball so you hit more fairways with your woods…as opposed to in the woods.  We are accredited by the Titleist Performance Institute’s (TPI) Golf Conditioning Program and incorporate these innovative, effective techniques into our training to help clients reduce their score as well as feel physically better during and after playing a round.

The RPM golf training program is designed to condition the body for optimum golf performance. We begin with a functional movement evaluation and golf swing motion analysis. Using the evaluation results, a customized workout program is created to improve your balance, flexibility, mobility, stability, core strength, overall strength, speed, and muscular endurance.

The Golf Performance Program includes:

  • Golf Fitness Assessment
  • Detailed Report of Findings with your personal Golf Fitness Handicap
  • Customized workouts for you to do 3-6 times a week for 6 weeks
  • Accessible on your mobile device
  • Personal login and password for you to access YOUR WORKOUT CALENDAR and exercise videos on MyTPI.com
  • Re-assessment after 6 weeks

Golf Strength & Conditioning Program:

  • After completing the Foundations Program you are eligible to begin the Golf Strength & Conditioning program.
  • Your program will include 6 weeks of customized strength workouts
  • Continued access to MyTPI.com
  • Re-assessment after 6 weeks
